At Nature’s Air & Water, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with clear communication every step of the way.
Shipping & Delivery
Free Ground Shipping:
We offer free 3–5 business day ground delivery to most locations within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Carrier:
We primarily ship via UPS, ensuring reliable service and real-time tracking. Tracking information will be provided by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii:
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping fee. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
No International Shipping:
We currently do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor delivery progress directly on the UPS website.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages may be returned to us as “undeliverable.”
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or issues not caused by Nature’s Air & Water, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost once the package is returned.
- We do not re-ship undelivered packages. If you still wish to receive your items, please place a new order through our website.
- Please contact us if:
- You suspect your package may not be deliverable as addressed,
- You haven’t received notice of a return, or
- It’s been several weeks past your estimated delivery date and you haven’t received your refund.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused upon delivery at no fault of Nature’s Air & Water, we reserve the right to charge:
- Return shipping costs, and
- Up to a 25% restocking fee.
For items refused before delivery, Nature’s Air & Water is not responsible for shipping charges.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Our support team will work with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue within 5–14 business days.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under our return and refund policies.
