Nature’s Air & Water – Product Return Policy

1. Overview

At Nature’s Air & Water (NAW), we stand behind the quality and performance of our air and water purification products. Every product we sell is tested and guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Because our products are used in residential environments and involve consumable filtration components, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product integrity and customer safety.

2. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA, please contact NAW Customer Service at [email protected]. Products returned without an RA will not be accepted and will be refused upon delivery.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged in transit:

  • Notify NAW within 10 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue for review.
  • Upon approval, NAW will issue an RA and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • A replacement product or full refund (including shipping) will be issued after inspection.

4. Non-Defective Returns (Customer’s Choice or “Good Cause” Returns)

Because our products are designed for home environmental use and include filtration elements that cannot be resold once opened, returns for reasons other than product defect are generally not accepted. However, NAW may, at its sole discretion, approve a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 25% restocking fee of the product price will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for opened filters, used equipment, or items returned without authorization.

5. How to Request a Return Authorization (RA)

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name and serial number (if applicable)
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos (if defective)

Once approved, NAW will provide detailed return instructions and an RA number.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as new orders. Customers wishing to replace one product with another must place a new order and request a return authorization for the original item if eligible.

8. Policy Exceptions

NAW reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

What’s the deadline to report a defective or damaged product?

Please notify NAW within 10 days of delivery and include photos plus a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll issue an RA and provide a prepaid return label.

Can I return a non-defective item?

Generally, returns for non-defective reasons are not accepted. In limited cases and at NAW’s discretion, we may approve returns if the item is unused, unopened, in original packaging, the request is within 10 days of delivery, the customer pays return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies.

Do I need a Return Authorization (RA)?

Yes. All returns must have an approved RA number. Email [email protected] with your order number, product details, reason for return, and photos (if defective).

Are opened filters or used equipment returnable?

No. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened filters or used equipment.

Who pays return shipping?

For approved defective/damaged returns reported within 10 days, NAW provides a prepaid label. For discretionary, non-defective returns (if approved), the customer pays return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds for approved returns are processed within 10 business days after NAW receives and inspects the item. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

How do exchanges work?

Exchanges are handled as new orders. If eligible, request an RA for the original product and place a new order for the replacement item.

What happens if I return something without an RA?

Items returned without an authorized RA will be refused upon delivery and not accepted into our facility.
